We approached Daniel from Cobb & Co. to advise us on our home renovation project, & we had some ideas about what we wanted to achieve, but absolutely no idea how to actually do it.  As photographers, we needed to build in a home studio/gallery & client meeting area for our business to grow.  So while this is our home, we wanted a ‘commercial feel to the front of the house.

Daniel came out for a look, measure, & chat, & returned promptly with a concept plan complete with sketches of his vision.  We were so impressed with the ‘commercial yet homely’ interpretation & modern touches Dan had come to us with.  He is a very creative designer/builder & I believe our words were..  “Let’s do it !”

We were blown away with Daniel’s work.  His communication throughout the entire process was great, always giving us updates and including us in every decision.  Nothing was assumed or left to chance.  He is independent, keeps a very tidy worksite & is very conscious of safety - even taking precautions to prevent construction dust from entering the part of the house we were living in.

Work was completed on time & within budget, & the end result is staggering!  We just love it !!  Our clients consistently comment on how great our studio/house looks as they enter, & we’ve even had complete strangers stop by to ask who our builder was for the project!  Daniel’s work has definitely helped advance our business success!
