I met Daniel Cobanov in 2006 when we bought an investment house in Brisbane.

Since that time Daniel has been involved in various building projects for us, from adding rooms through to a major extension under this house, which is on a difficult site. Daniel coordinated the whole of the work on this extension from the slab up, which was a great help to us as we live in Nth Qld. It is fair to say the job went very smoothly and was hassle free, and the quality of work was excellent.

I have always found Daniel to be very professional and competent in his work. His suggestions were always well thought out and added to the finished product. He has an excellent feel for good design and finishes.
On a personal level I have found Daniel to be very level-headed, cheerful and easy to work with.

I would have no hesitation in using Daniel on any future project we may undertake.
