Cobb and Co Projects is an award-winning Brisbane Builder and Renovation Specialist with over 25 years’ experience in the building industry.
Founded by Daniel Cobanov in 2004, we specialise in custom kitchen and bathroom renovations, home renovations, extensions, house lifts, build unders and full house builds.
We believe great building starts with understanding what you want to achieve, careful planning and quality workmanship. We take the time to understand your home, your needs and your vision, then work closely with you to bring it all together.
As a specialised builder, we focus on quality rather than quantity, taking on a considered number of projects so we can give every client and every home the time, attention and workmanship they deserve.
Much of our work comes through recommendations from past clients, which we believe is a reflection of the relationships we build and the standard of work we deliver.
OUR TEAM
BUILDER
Daniel Cobanov is the founder and director of Cobb and Co Projects, bringing more than 25 years of experience in the building industry.
A fully qualified and licensed Builder, Carpenter and Glazier, Daniel established Cobb and Co in 2004 and has been building and renovating homes across Brisbane and surrounding areas ever since.
Daniel is personally involved in each project, working closely with clients from the early planning stages through to construction and completion. His practical building experience and hands-on approach help ensure each project is carefully planned, well coordinated and built to a high standard.
EXPERIENCED CREW
Behind every Cobb and Co project is a team of experienced tradespeople and trusted professionals who share our commitment to quality workmanship.
Our team includes skilled carpenters, apprentices, labourers, our office manager and a trusted network of specialist subcontractors, all who have a shared understanding of the standards we expect.
We value not only the quality of their work, but the way they work — with professionalism, respect and care for our clients and their homes

PREBUILD
For larger renovations, extensions and building projects, knowing where to start can sometimes feel overwhelming. Our Prebuild Service helps you establish the right direction from the beginning. We work with you to understand what you want to achieve, establish a realistic budget and coordinate the professionals needed to prepare your project for construction.
Working with our trusted network of architects, designers, engineers, drafting services and certifiers, we help bring all the different elements together so you can move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

QUOTING
We believe your building journey should begin with a clear understanding of what your project involves and what it is likely to cost.
Our detailed quoting process considers the scope of your project, the work involved and the selections required, helping minimise unexpected surprises once construction begins. We also provide a clear build schedule so you have a better understanding of the process ahead and can move into your project with confidence.
CONSTRUCTION TO COMPLETION
Once your project is ready to build, we don't simply hand you a set of plans and step away until construction begins.
We stay closely involved from the beginning, keeping you informed as your start date approaches and making sure everything is on track.
As QBCC-licensed builders and members of QMBA and HIA, we are committed to quality workmanship and building to the required industry standards. We use QMBA building contracts and provide a clear construction schedule, with progress payments outlined at each stage of the build.
Throughout construction, we keep communication open and make sure you know what is happening at each stage. We want you to feel involved in your project and enjoy seeing your home take shape.
For us, finishing the build is about more than simply reaching the end of construction. Our goal is to deliver a finished home that reflects your vision, works for the way you live and is built to a standard you can enjoy for years to come.
