Clayfield Renovation | House Lift, Extension & Build Under
This Clayfield renovation was a major transformation, combining a full house lift, shift and build under with extensive renovations and a new extension.
Known as "House on the Park", the project was recognised as the Winner of the “Big Changes” category — Australia’s Best House 2022, celebrating the scale of the transformation and the way the existing home was completely reimagined.
From the structural work through to the finished spaces and landscaping, every part of the project was carefully considered to create a home that works beautifully for modern family living.
