Holland Park Renovation | Whole Home Transformation - A Home Transformed Over Time

This Holland Park home has been a project we have had the privilege of working on over many years, transforming it in stages as the needs of the family evolved.

The work began with major internal renovations, including a new kitchen and bathrooms, rebuilding walls and floors, fresh paint and creating additional living space downstairs. From there, we transformed the front of the home with a new entry, landscaping and exterior paint, before completing the final stage — the backyard.

The outdoor transformation created multiple levels of entertaining and living space, with new outdoor living areas, Evo decking, a fully renovated pool, new pool deck, retaining and landscaping, plus a dedicated fire pit zone.

With views across the city and beautiful sunsets, the finished backyard now provides spaces to play, entertain and relax — bringing together the different stages of this Holland Park renovation to create a home that works for the whole family.
