ROCHEDALE PROJECT

Rochedale Renovation | The Homestead - A French Provincial Transformation

The Homestead at Rochedale underwent a complete home renovation, transforming the existing family home with classic French Provincial design and the warmth and comfort of country living.

Walls were removed to open up the living spaces, with timber flooring, detailed wainscoting and statement chandeliers adding character throughout the Rochedale home renovation. The transformation included a huge gourmet kitchen with a separate butler’s pantry and breakfast nook, renovated bathrooms and powder rooms, spacious living and dining areas, a master walk-in robe and a grand ensuite complete with a custom-built Finnish sauna. Large bifold doors connect the newly transformed living areas to the outdoor entertaining space, opening the home to the surrounding acreage and making the most of the beautiful rural setting.

This Rochedale renovation was recognise as a Master Builders Best Renovation Finalist 2024 and HIA Award finalist for Best Bathroom Design in 2024, adding to the recognition this project received for its considered design and finish.
